We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out to Abbey who made a personal gesture to help our celiac daughter for very kind - thanks again Abbey! The hotel looks new with spotless rooms and facilities. The room sizes are good and the breakfast buffet excellent. The gym is one of the best we have ever encountered in a hotel with up to date equipment. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the forest and state park. There is plenty of free parking on the site and also a charging station for an electric car.

The breakfast was nothing special. Next time I would make waffles, maybe the better choice. The mini omelets were not great. Bagels were fresh so that's good. The staff friendly, asked if we were leaving for awhile so they could clean and they did a GREAT job. That would be the most important to me. Thank you.

I have no idea what’s in Olean NY, but for some reason there’s this really nice, big hotel there. We stopped here while passing through to get home. The hotel was exceptionally clean, staff were lovely, and it even had a decent breakfast. Rooms are spacious and modern and had everything we needed.

Room was great. Beds were comfortable, bedding was clean, room was in great condition, no odors, and had plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom, overall a great room for value. Hot breakfast with plenty of options, would stay again if staying in the area.
